ULTIMATE: Bottom-Up generation of atomicalLy precise syntheTIc 2D MATerials for high performance in energy and Electronic applications. A multi-site innovative training action

The KU Leuven C1 multipartner FuEPoNa project (2019-2023) brings together complementary expertises and research interests and aims to unravel the processes and conditions at the origin of polymorph induction with the ultimate goal of developing rational strategies to control their formation (polymorph selection), and their stabilization, as well as to investigate their functionalities.

The KU Leuven C1 multipartner project on "Chemical modification of interfaces for better opto-electronic properties" (2023-2027) aims to rationally develop advanced chemical strategies for surface and interface engineering, and the use of micro-spectroscopic techniques to characterize the structural properties and the dynamic processes at the interfaces.

2Dto3D (2018-2021) is a multipartner project in the EOS framework. The EOS-programme wants to promote joint research between researchers in the Flemish and French-speaking community by funding joint fundamental research projects in any scientific discipline. 2Dto3D is  a multi-scale, multi-technique and multi-system approach of the crystallization of organic molecules.

CHISUB (2022-2025) is a multipartner project in the EOS framework. CHISUB addresses chiral symmetry breaking from surface to bulk: a multidisciplinary approach of the crystallization of achiral and chiral molecules
